Scorching Cold Lizard

A Lizard that has adapted to survive in the extremes of earth in the future. Scorching Cold is a prototype Game which uses this as an enemy.
I took the lizard from high-poly sculpt all the way to low-poly in-game and rigging/animation. To get correct anatomy I studied muscles and form of Iguanas and Komodo Dragons. The body shape comes from the Komodo dragon and the dewlap under the neck is from the Iguana, along with the head features. the dewlap sack expands when the lizard breathes its attack, either fire or frost, depending on the temperature.

With the help of my teammate Pedro Klein, we achieved a similar texture style to the creatures in ashen. We also linked the texture of the creature to the day and night cycle in the game to change its temperature.
